There are currently no account creation, or ongoing subscription fees required in order to maintain an Alt account.
Fixed Price Exchange
For all sales on our Fixed Price marketplace, including counteroffers and cards listed on eBay, the seller fee will be based on the card's final sale price.

Here are a couple of different fee scenarios to further explain:
Scenario 1:
You sell a card for $7,499.00, the sale falls into the 10% tier. The fee for the sale is $749.90 ($7,499.00 x 10% = $749.90). As the seller, your payout would be $6,749.10 ($7,499.00 - 749.90 = $6,749.10)
Scenario 2:
You sell a card for $7,550.00, the sale falls into the 8% tier. The fee for the sale is $604.00 ($7,550.00 x 8% = $604.00). As the seller, your payout would be $6,946.00 ($7,550 - 604 = $6,946)
Alt Auctions
Submitting assets to sell within an auction on Alt is easy regardless of whether your cards are vaulted or not. We are maximizing value for our collectors by offering zero seller fees for all cards that are sold in auctions.
Seller's Bonus: A buyer’s premium that is added to the final price and shared between Alt and the seller. Rather than paying a selling fee, sellers within an auction will receive a bonus based on the hammer price of each sale, as notated in the chart below:

Access to Full Sold Listing Data Subscription
Alt offers an optional subscription for users who wish to gain access to our comprehensive sold listing data. This subscription is not mandatory to maintain an Alt account.
For $15 per month, subscribers receive full access to our sold history data from all major marketplaces. To activate your subscription, please contact our Support team at Support@alt.xyz. Once our team receives your confirmation, your default Stripe payment method will be charged, or you will receive a Stripe invoice within 2 business days. This is a recurring payment, and you will gain immediate access to the full sold history on Alt after your payment is processed.
The earliest available data from the Alt marketplace dates back to January 2023. However, subscribers to this plan have access to comprehensive sold history data from all major marketplaces.
Sales Tax
Alt’s Vault facilities are located in Delaware, a sales tax–free state. Because all assets sold on the Alt platform must first be physically stored in our Vault, no sales tax is charged on any transactions that are made through Alt. As a result, sales tax exemption documentation is not required, and we do not collect or apply sales tax at checkout.
