Only cards that have been graded by PSA, BGS, BVG, SGC, or CGC are eligible for sale on the Fixed Price Marketplace at this time, provided that they pass our quality assessment upon intake.
Vaulted Cannot List Statuses
If your card is marked with the status "Vaulted Cannot List,β this could be due to one of the following reasons:
Mislabeling: The card is incorrectly labeled by the grading company.
Questionable Authenticity: The card's authenticity may be doubtful.
Damaged: If there is damage to the card's protective slab that is impacting the view of the card, or has the potential to damage the card itself, it will not be listed for sale.
Grading Database Issues: The grading company's database may have issues referencing your card's certification number.
Grading Label Issues: If the grading label on the slab is tilted or misplaced.
Ineligible Card For Sale: If the card has a qualifier grade on the label, it may not be listed for sale.
Upon completing the intake process at the Vault, collectors will be notified about any cards marked as "Vaulted Cannot List" within 3 business days.
Damaged Slabs
If your card received a VCL status due to slab damage, it means our team determined during quality inspection that the damage meets one or more of the following conditions:
Damage is visible within the viewable face or back of the card
Physical pieces of plastic are missing from the slab
The damage presents a risk of further harm to the card
We understand this can be frustrating, especially if you weren't aware of the damage prior to sending your card. In some cases, damage may be minor enough that our team approves the card for listing β if so, we'll disclose the condition in the listing.

Reholder Request
Alt provides reholder services for graded cards from PSA, CGC, and SGC. This service is for collectors looking to replace the protective slab of their graded card due to damage, wear, or simply for a fresh case. Here are the relevant links for each grading company:
