There are no fees applied when you purchase a card on the Fixed Price Exchange. For all sales on the Fixed Exchange the seller fee will be based on:
The final sale price of the card
Your current Alt Rewards tier (Base, Silver, Gold, or Black)

Here are a couple of different fee scenarios to further explain:
Scenario 1:
You sell a card for $7,501.00, and are a Base tier member, the sale falls into the 7% tier. The fee for the sale is $525.07 ($7,501 x 7% = $525.07). As the seller, your payout would be $6,975.93 ($7,501 - 525.07 = $6,975.93)
Scenario 2:
You sell a card for $8,000.00, and are a Black tier member, the sale falls into the 4% tier. The fee for the sale is $320.00 ($8,000 x 4% = $320). As the seller, your payout would be $7,680 ($8,000 - 320 = $7,680)eller, your payout would be $6,946.00 ($7,550 - 604 = $6,946)
