Date of birth
Current address
Social Security Number (SSN) for Individual accounts or Tax Identification Number (TIN) for Business accounts (U.S.)
Valid government-issued photo ID (U.S. & International)

Frequently Asked Questions
Why am I not receiving the email in order to verify my email address?
A: Please check all incoming inboxes within your email to ensure that the verification link was not sent to your Spam folder, as this occasionally occurs. Some email domains block unknown senders from sending emails to an address, so your domain may also be bouncing the incoming email. In order to correct this, please reach out to Alt Support, as we may need to assist with updating your email address on file to a new domain.
I'm having trouble verifying my email address, the link provided does not work.
A: Email verification hyperlinks remain active for only 24 hours and expire each time a new verification request is generated for the same email address. Please ensure that you are selecting the most recent verification email that was sent to your domain, as every time you generate a new email to be sent, the previous verification link will automatically expire. If the email that was sent is over 24 hours old, a new verification request will need to be generated through your Alt account.
How can I verify my phone number if I do not receive text messages?
A: If the phone number associated with your Alt account cannot receive text messages, please reach out to Alt Support for assistance with a manual phone number verification.
Why do you need my SSN? I am not comfortable providing that sensitive information.
