Alt does not support international outtakes at this time but is looking forward to providing this in the near future. Users will need to request outtake to a domestic US address and then ship internationally.
All outtake requests and subsequent shipping charges for the outtake will be processed through a users account. Outtake requests can be made on the platform by clicking into your account and selecting 'Account' then 'Shipments' then 'Ship from Vault.'
Please allow 2 business days for assets to be removed from the Vault and processed prior to shipping. Packages sent from the Vault are insured by Alt and may arrive separately if multiple cards are requested for outtake. A signature upon delivery will be required for any packages with a value greater than $5,000.
Please note that you must select a shipping method that has adequate insurance coverage for the value of your package. If the appropriate shipping level and method is not selected, you will not be eligible for insurance.
- $200k+ must contact Alt Support (insured mail not supported)
- $50,001 to $200,000 maximum: FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx Priority Overnight
- $5,001 to $50,000: FedEx Delivery
- $5,000 and under: USPS Delivery
The availability of weekend deliveries for assets depends on the shipping options offered by the courier. Please note that an item's estimated delivery date is calculated based on business days, and excludes weekends and holidays.
All cards shipped out of the Vault will be charged an outtake fee based on their Alt Value at the time of outtake. There is a maximum shipping limit of 25 cards per outtake. Raw or SGC graded cards without values or under $500 Alt Value will be charged a flat $2 fee.

Login to your Alt Account
Hit the menu bar in the top right corner with your name, then select 'My Account'
Select 'Ship Assets', and then 'Ship from Vault'
Go through the flow to select the items you'd like to ship and enter the shipping address
