Updating Your Phone Number
At this time, the ability to update a phone number that is linked to an Alt account is only available through the Alt mobile app. To do so, you can follow these simple steps:
Select the 'My Alt' button in the bottom right corner of the Alt home page
From there, scroll down and select 'Account Info'
Tap on the purple 'Edit' button next to your phone number and enter in the new number that you would like listed
You will then be prompted to complete verification for the newly listed number
Updating Your Email Address
If need to update the email address that is associated with your Alt account, please reach out to Alt Collector Support with your request. Our team will assist with the manual update of your information. Once modified, you will be prompted once again within your Alt account to complete the email verification process.
How to Unsubscribe
If desired, you can easily unsubscribe from marketing content that is sent by Alt. To unsubscribe from emails being sent, you can simply scroll to the bottom of an email and select the purple hyperlink that states 'Unsubscribe from marketing emails'.
To unsubscribe from marketing text messages that are sent to your mobile phone, you can simply respond to any message with 'STOP', which will deactivate any future messages from being sent.

Deleting Your Alt Account
If you are no longer interested in using Alt's services, and would like to delete your account, you can follow these simple steps:
Open the Alt mobile app or web platform
Tap on 'My Alt' in the bottom right corner of the home page
Select 'Account Info' if on the mobile app, or 'Profile' if on web
Select 'Delete Account'
Confirm your selection by tapping 'Yes, delete account'
