Overview
If you need to transfer cards to another Alt user's Vault, follow these steps to request an outtake and facilitate the transfer.
How to Request a Vault to Vault Transfer
Request an Outtake:
Select the Menu dropdown (two horizontal lines on the top right of the homepage).
Select 'My Alt'.
Select 'Shipments'.
Select 'Ship from Vault.'
Enter Shipping Information:
During the outtake process, you will be prompted to enter the mailing address where the card(s) should be shipped.
Ensure you have the recipient's Vault ID to complete the outtake request.
Complete the Request:
Destination, carrier rates, and signature requirements will be gathered.
Shipping charges for the outtake can be paid using a credit or debit card. Enter your card details during the final confirmation of all shipping information.
An insurance fee based on the card's Alt Value at the time of outtake will be charged.

Additional Information
Once your outtake is requested, our team will transfer the item(s) to the other user's account. Your account will be reimbursed for the shipping and insurance charges.
