Vault-to-Vault Transfers

We understand that collectors may occasionally need to move items between vaults or Alt accounts. To support this, we offer a Vault-to-Vault transfer service.

How It Works

  • Request Process: Customers can submit a request through our Support team to transfer items from one Alt Vault to another.

  • Review & Approval: Each request is reviewed by our team and accepted at our discretion. Approval is based on factors such as account standing, account activity, and prior transfer history.

  • Execution: Once approved, our team securely transfers the items to the designated vault. Customers will receive confirmation when the process is complete.

Guidelines & Limitations

  • Monthly Limit: Customers are eligible for up to 2–3 transfers per month.

  • Eligibility: Requests are considered only if the account is in good standing with Alt.

  • Discretionary Service: Approval is not guaranteed; Alt reserves the right to decline a transfer request at any time.

Why These Guidelines Exist

Vault-to-Vault transfers are resource-intensive and must be carefully managed to protect the integrity of our platform. By limiting requests and approving them on a case-by-case basis, we ensure that every transfer is completed securely and in line with Alt’s standards.
